We hope you LOVE your new shoes!
However, if it turns out that they’re not suitable
for whatever reason, you can return them to us within
30 days for a full refund or exchange to the same
value. We just ask that you return them in the same
condition you received them in, and in their original
packaging. We recommend you use a Recorded or Special
delivery service to send the parcel in case you need
to track it with the courier. Remember to include
your completed returns card letting us know why you’re
returning them and whether you want a refund or an
exchange. The item you wish to exchange for can be
written in the Comments/Exchanges box on the returns
card along with any other comments. If you’ve lost
your returns card, then please include a covering
letter with your name and address, your order number,
the reason for returning the item and whether you
