Will Schuh ever do a loyalty scheme?I buy the majority of my shoes from schuh and wondered if there is anything that you give back to the customer?I probably spend £500 minimum a year and the odd discount here of there or a voucher would be much appreciated!Thanks

Hi,I want to buy high fashion shoes such as Rocket Dog and Irregular Choice in size 9.Whenever I ask in store, your staff tell me that you do stock some size 9s, but they are unable to tell me which styles, they tell me to pick a shoe and they'll check. This is the wrong way round to do it, as there are relatively few shoes in size 9, the chances of me liking and picking one out are pretty low, it could take all day.What I want you to do is to label each shoe with the size range it is available in so that I can see at a glance and save both me and your staff a lot of wasted time.
